Policies

Below I have put in place a few policies to protect my clients, myself and my business. I politely ask if you could take a moment to familiarise yourself with these policies.  I may be a small independent, home based business, but my responsibility to my clients will always come first

Contacting StudioM

There are a few ways of contacting me and I appreciate we are all different. Some of you will like the traditional way of calling, some will utilise my contact page on this website and email me and some of you lovely peeps will send me a text message using my mobile number, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp 

 

Whichever way works for you there will be times I can respond almost immediately if I am in-between clients or the beginning / end of my day or having an admin day, but there will also be times I may not reply until the next day. However, my aim is to always respond within 24hrs 

 

To ensure, when I am in StudioM with you beautiful peeps, that I give you my best I shall be switching my work phone off at 7pm each evening and then switch it back on at 8am. A little R&R  is good for our soul and mental health 

Patch Testing / Covid

Within the industry patch testing has always been important but now it is even more so due to Covid and our vaccines. Please be reminded of the following: 

 

A positive Covid test / A Covid vaccine / A Covid vaccine booster are all a change of medical history

(You will need to redo your patch test after 14 days of any of the above)

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you turn up for your HDBrows / BrowSculpt or LASHUS treatment and failed to book your patch test due to a change in medical history as above (meaning I cannot carry out your treatment) you will still be charged for the appointment

There are no exceptions to this rule

Cancellation Policy

At StudioM I appreciate things can come up.  I value your time, and hope you value mine too. In the event you need to cancel, please notify me no later than 48hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  Failure to notify me within this time will incur a charge of 100% of your overall appointment cost. No future appointment will be booked until this is paid

 

NB:  Waived in the event you / anyone within your household are showing symptoms of Covid / tested positive for Covid 

Latecomer / No Show Policy

Please be sure to arrive on time.  Late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, may need to reschedule depending on the treatment / my diary. It is not fair to delay other clients appointments. In this event you will incur a late cancellation fee 50% of your treatment,  should I not be able to do your treatment 
 
All no shows will be charged 100% of your overall treatment cost 
 
NB: Late cancellation fee is 50% of your overall treatment cost and is payable prior to rescheduling

Equality / diversity Policy

At StudioM it really is important to me that everyone feels welcome and safe. I will do my utmost to cater for everyone and do not believe in labels 
 
Due to the positioning of my property I am unable to offer wheelchair access. However, this does not mean you are excluded from treatments and I will do my best to cater for your requirements in a home visit at no extra charge  (within a 1 mile radius) 
 
My belief is everyone is entitled to feel good and enjoy being pampered.

Kids Policy

At StudioM to guarantee the comfort of my clients, I do not allow children in the studio whilst you are having your treatment.  This is to ensure you have your ‘YOU TIME’ with no distractions and for safety reasons 
 
NB: Failure to follow this policy will result in your appointment being rescheduled and incurs a 100% fee of your treatment cost 

Payment Policy

At StudioM it is all about making things as easy as possible for my clients.  Payment must be made at time of treatment or purchase of products via Sum Up, Cash or Bank transfer 

Privacy Policy

At StudioM customer information in your record card is used to improve your service, ensure your safety ie. patch test information.  All record cards are kept in a locked cabinet in my office. I do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties or use it for marketing communication

Right to Refuse Policy

At StudioM I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately or feel could pose a threat to myself or my business
